Attention: UCPB Checking Account Holders (Individual/Sole Proprietors)
Please be advised that starting December 1, 2020, you will receive your monthly Statement of Account only via email. Hard copy statement of account will no longer be printed. Kindly ensure that your email address is updated by visiting your UCPB maintaining branch or using the UCPB Online Client Info Updating Facility.
The electronic statement of account (eStatement) in PDF format will be sent within five (5) days after month-end and will contain the scanned images of your issued checks so you don’t have to wait for the printed statement via postal mail. The eStatement is password-protected for security and may also be printed if you need a copy.
In case you previously declined to receive the eStatement via email, you may opt to re-enroll to the eStatement Service through your maintaining branch or access your transaction information via UCPB Connect or UCPB Mobile Phone Banking. Should you still require a printed copy, you may request it from your branch, with following applicable fees:
